With over 15 years of experience in the reinsurance market, Kaue brings a solid and extensive background, having worked as an underwriter at the ACE Group (now Chubb) and later as a P&C reinsurance broker at major brokerage firms. Additionally, his international experience as a Lloyd’s Broker in England, serving Latin America, further strengthens his expertise in the sector. Throughout his career, Kaue has also been involved in initiatives focused on innovation, diversity, and ethics in the reinsurance market.
